Description

Own and prioritize the product backlog, turning business and stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead the product lifecycle from development and testing through deployment and continuous improvement, while coordinating change management that complies with ITIL/ITSM, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned to business objectives and stakeholder needs

• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and technical teams

• Oversee the full product lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement

• Coordinate change management activities ensuring compliance with ITIL/ITSM, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial experience managing IT products in a similar role

• Proficiency with ITIL/ITSM (Incident/Request/Problem Management), Service Management, Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban)

• Experience with System Risk Assessment (SRA) frameworks

• Proven hands-on fluency in formal Change Management

• Understanding of Corporate Identity Management concepts

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
