Description

You will join the development and maintenance of advanced enterprise systems for managing experts, working across backend and frontend. The stack combines Java/Spring with modern frontend work, AWS cloud solutions, system integrations, and security/quality/observability tooling. You’ll design secure, scalable services and APIs, implement CI/CD and container platforms, and support production with testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications

• Design and implement user interfaces, REST APIs, business logic, and database integrations

• Create scalable, secure services and evolve application architecture

• Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation

• Write unit and integration tests and ensure code quality

• Diagnose issues, debug, and resolve production problems

• Deploy using AWS, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Monitor systems, analyze performance, and optimize solutions

• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate on system component integration

• Participate in architectural work and enterprise solution development

Requirements

• Higher education (EQF 7 + 10 years IT, or EQF 6 + 12 years IT)

• Strong Java knowledge (19/21/25)

• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, REST API

• Knowledge of J2EE/Jakarta EE (EJB 3, CDI, JMS) and experience with WebLogic 14

• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; experience with Angular or Vue

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Elasticsearch (schema design and query optimization)

• Liquibase experience and API design/security with OpenAPI/Swagger

• Apache Kafka experience and system integrations

• AWS expertise; Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

• Practical Docker and Kubernetes experience; knowledge of CaaS, Consul, and AWS VDI

• Strong Git experience (GitFlow or Trunk-Based Development) and GitLab/Bitbucket/SVN

• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, microservices, and CQRS

• Strong OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT knowledge

• Observability/monitoring experience (e.g., Kibana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Micrometer) and distributed tracing

• Testing with JUnit 4/5 and Mockito; knowledge of Vitest and Playwright

• Jira experience in large Agile teams

• Knowledge of AI coding tools (Amazon Q or Kiro) and ability to verify AI-generated code

• English or French at least B2
