Support clients with financial and accounting software (Wapro Fakir/Wapro Kaper) and provide remote service, including phone consultations. Conduct remote trainings and webinars, while independently analyzing and resolving software-related issues. You’ll leverage strong financial/accounting domain knowledge to help users effectively.

• Remote software service, including phone consultations

• Conduct trainings and webinars

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial and accounting topics (required)

• Ability to independently analyze and solve software-related problems

• Openness to giving presentations and running remote training sessions
