Description

You will identify business needs, translate them into ERP solutions aligned with the group strategy, and coordinate ERP projects from requirements analysis through design, testing, rollout, and user support. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, create functional documentation (user stories, process maps, diagrams, use cases), train users, support ERP users, and monitor system performance while implementing efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Key User)

• Ability to collect and analyze end-user requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Project experience preparing and implementing system solutions

• Knowledge of business process modeling tools/techniques (BPMN, UML)

• Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements

• English proficiency at B2/C1 for international communication
