• Role: ERP Implementation and Support Specialist (FK financial/accounting module)

Description

You will support retail networks in managing finance and accounting within an ERP platform. The role focuses mainly on servicing (about 80%) by resolving tickets, diagnosing issues, and providing day-to-day support for the financial/accounting module. You will also implement new customer setups (about 20%) by configuring, parametrizing, and launching FK modules, plus provide customer training remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work (~80%): handle requests, diagnose problems, and support clients for the ERP financial/accounting module.

• Perform implementation work (~20%): configure, parameterize, and launch FK modules for new customers.

• Support and train clients in using the software (remote and on-site).

• Build long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with the development team on reporting and testing fixes.

Requirements

• Experience in implementation or service of business software, especially financial/accounting systems.

• Knowledge of accounting topics (HR/payroll areas is a plus).

• Experience training and supporting clients in software usage.

• Practical knowledge of MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server.

• Ability to think analytically and solve problems independently.

• Openness to learning a proprietary ERP application.

• B driving license and willingness for occasional customer visits.
