Description

You will support ERP solutions by analyzing client requests and business needs in finance/accounting, HR/payroll, and fixed assets. The job includes creating user instructions and procedure documentation, collaborating with technical and service teams, and—after onboarding/training—participating in ERP implementations, updates, and development. You’ll also support ERP users and help test changes and new functionalities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of finance/accounting, HR/payroll, or fixed-asset record-keeping processes

• Several years of experience working in accounting

• Logical problem diagnosis

• Client communication skills and patience

• Accuracy and good work organization

• Ability to write simple instructions and documentation

• Willingness to learn new systems and solutions

• Driver’s license (category B)

• Willingness to travel to clients
