Description

Serve and support ERP systems in the financial and accounting area, including ongoing user help, managing and communicating issue status, introducing new system solutions, and planning user training. You will also support client discussions related to the development of financial/accounting modules. Additionally, configure and implement financial/accounting ERP solutions, prepare deployment and user documentation, and test software changes and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for financial/accounting ERP functionality

• Explain and track user issues, and communicate progress

• Inform users about new system solutions

• Plan and deliver user training

• Participate in meetings with users about further development

• Implement and configure the financial/accounting ERP system per client needs

• Create implementation documentation and user instructions

• Test software, new configurations, and system extensions; refine improvements

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education

• Strong financial/accounting subject-matter knowledge

• Experience in a similar position (service desk / customer support / IT system implementations)

• Driver’s license category B; willingness for business travel

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions

• Engagement and creativity

• Communication skills and teamwork

• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
