Description

Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking configurations, deployment pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. Optimize CI/CD pipelines, operate and improve Kubernetes clusters and containerized production workloads, and enhance monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for platform stability. Support incident response, strengthen cloud security, optimize cloud cost and performance, and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment pipelines, and IaC
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure, reliable software delivery
• Manage and improve Kubernetes clusters and containerized production workloads
• Implement monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, and observability solutions
• Support incident response with troubleshooting and root cause analysis; improve operational processes
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment practices and engineering standards
• Apply cloud security best practices (secrets management, access controls, infrastructure hardening)
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, infrastructure standards, and operational runbooks
• Identify opportunities to optimize cloud infrastructure costs, resource utilization, and system performance
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and knowledge-sharing

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools, deployment automation, and software delivery processes
• Practical IaC experience, particularly Terraform (or similar)
• Experience designing, maintaining, or operating cloud infrastructure in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Good understanding of observability: monitoring, centralized logging, alerting, incident management
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices for cloud-native infrastructure and applications
• Working knowledge of production databases and messaging systems
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional engineering teams
• Very good English and Polish
