Description

You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate software delivery processes, and support development teams with cloud, developer, and test standards. The role includes administering production IT systems, monitoring performance and capacity, analyzing incidents, and collaborating with internal and external vendors. You’ll also work on cloud-based CRM solutions in a Scrum environment and be available for on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer production IT systems

• Deploy new systems and features; perform updates, configuration, and administration

• Continuously monitor performance and capacity of managed systems

• Collaborate with national and international IT solution providers

• Analyze incidents, report detected errors, and work with other teams to resolve them

• Improve and automate software production processes

• Support development teams in aligning projects with process standards

• Develop and maintain developer/testing tools and standards

• Build cloud environments and solutions for the software delivery process

• Participate in projects developing a cloud-based CRM platform

• Deliver tasks within an Agile team with Scrum methodology elements

Requirements

• DevOps methodology and CI/CD tools knowledge (including Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify)

• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Automation/configuration management skills (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Cloud services knowledge (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Monitoring and logging experience (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk)

• Knowledge of DevOps security best practices

• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Scripting skills (Python, Groovy, Bash)

• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Go, Java, or Node.js)

• OS knowledge (Linux, Windows)

• Experience with distributed and complex IT systems across multiple support lines

• Willingness for on-call duty

• English proficiency (B2/C1/C2)

• Completed IT or related studies

• Highly developed interpersonal skills
