Description

You will partner with developers, architects, QA, and operations to optimize software delivery and improve developer experience. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing self-service tools, designing and managing infrastructure, operating containers and VMs, and implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting. You will help ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Optimize software delivery and developer experience with cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Script repetitive tasks and develop self-service tools for developers
• Design and manage infrastructure
• Implement and manage containers; run and manage VMs
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting
• Ensure infrastructure is scalable, secure, and reliable

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, build automation, delivery, and deployment
• Very good understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, configuration management, cloud platforms, version control, automation, monitoring, analytics, containerization, and microservice architecture
• Proficiency in coding in at least one scripting language (preferred: Python, Bash, Groovy)
• Experience with code collaboration and proficiency in Git
• Experience with Kubernetes-based container orchestration
• Strong AWS knowledge
• Deep practical experience managing cloud infrastructure (OCI is a plus)
• Experience running and maintaining Linux VMs
• Open to hybrid work (initially remote from Warsaw)
