Description

You will help build the Data & Analytics and AI strategy for Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, developing a modern data platform and initiating solutions that support digital transformation. You’ll be responsible for the data and analytics environment and for identifying new opportunities to use data and AI. You’ll manage a portfolio of Data & Analytics projects and coordinate collaboration between business, IT, and external technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop an international Data & Analytics environment across Poland and Central & Eastern Europe

• Develop and oversee the data platform, data warehouse, and business systems integration processes

• Partner with business leaders to identify needs and translate them into analytics and technology solutions

• Create and implement a data & AI strategy aligned with business goals

• Initiate and deploy AI-based solutions to improve organizational efficiency

• Manage the Data & Analytics project portfolio and set development priorities

• Coordinate collaboration between business, IT teams, external partners, and technology vendors

• Develop data governance standards and ensure data quality, consistency, and availability

• Identify project risks and support data-driven decision-making

• Actively participate in local and international digital transformation initiatives
