Description

You will advise senior executives on enterprise Data & AI governance strategy, frameworks, and operating models to support compliant and reliable AI adoption. The role includes leading governance discussions, conducting data governance assessments, and designing federated governance structures. You will also support EU AI Act and industry regulatory readiness, delivering end-to-end consulting from strategy and ROI/business cases to rollout and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data & AI Governance strategy discussions and act as a trusted advisor to C-level and risk stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CDAO, Risk Officers)
• Define and implement AI Governance frameworks aligned with regulatory and business requirements
• Conduct Data Management & Governance assessments to produce maturity roadmaps and execution plans
• Design federated governance operating models (councils, stewardship networks, RACI)
• Advise on GenAI risk mitigation (data leakage, IP exposure, hallucination risk, compliant LLM use)
• Support regulatory readiness, audit preparation, and evidence documentation aligned with EU AI Act and industry regulations
• Deliver consulting services end-to-end: ideation, ROI/business case development, MVP definition, and enterprise rollout
• Drive Data and AI literacy programs and change management
• Run client workshops to discover priorities, assess capabilities, and define operational readiness
• Contribute to business development via proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or a related field
• 6+ years of consulting experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or AI Governance initiatives
• Expertise in 2–3 areas: Data & AI Governance, AI compliance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Cataloging, Lineage, Master Data Management
• Knowledge of DCAM and Responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, accountability)
• Practical experience running maturity assessments and providing strategic implementation recommendations
• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle risks (model drift, bias, GenAI-specific risks)
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and executive-level discussions
• Hands-on experience with governance tools and Microsoft 365 for program documentation and collaboration
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
