Description

Support business stakeholders by analyzing large datasets, including near real-time data, across logistics, sales, marketing, and products. You will translate business needs into data analyses and data models, then provide recommendations to support decision-making in Poland and abroad. The role also includes designing, developing, and optimizing data modeling layers and delivering maintainable code and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
• Translate business requirements into data analyses and data models
• Acquire and analyze large datasets from different systems and platforms
• Prepare conclusions and recommendations for key business processes
• Design, develop, and optimize data model layers supporting scalable computation and visualizations
• Write clear, efficient, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, business analysts, and teams across business areas
• Prototype data visualizations and coordinate their preparation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics role involving large-scale data
• Very strong practical knowledge of Python/PySpark and SQL
• Knowledge of Bash scripts used for working with Git repositories
• Knowledge of data warehouses, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT processes
• Ability to translate business needs into data models
• Understanding of near real-time data and ability to source and process data from backend and frontend systems (internal and external)
• Ability to derive practical insights from complex data and clearly present recommendations to business stakeholders
• Independence and strong work organization; ability to run multiple tasks in parallel
• Collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
