Description

You will work on digitalization projects for R&D processes, including improving and automating the creation and update of registration documentation. The role focuses on translating R&D/Regulatory business processes into data and system requirements, analyzing data from R&D systems, and building semantic and data models for key R&D areas. You will also support data governance, data stewardship, and data quality and collaborate with architects and developers to define new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Data Engineering, and IT teams on digitization initiatives
• Convert business processes into data and system requirements
• Analyze data coming from R&D systems
• Build and evolve data models and semantic models for key R&D domains
• Analyze data structure (tables, relationships, and how data is linked)
• Use SQL to analyze and validate data
• Translate business needs into requirements understandable for technical teams
• Prepare and update User Stories, Technical Tasks, and project documentation
• Work with architects and developers to define how new features will be implemented
• Assess the impact of changes on existing solutions and data
• Support identification and resolution of data quality issues
• Run workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Support data governance, data stewardship, and data quality processes

Requirements

• Experience in pharma / life sciences
• Knowledge of R&D, Regulatory Affairs, or product registration-related processes
• Experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst, Data Steward, R&D IT Analyst, or similar
• Good understanding of data modeling and data relationships
• Proficiency in SQL (multi-table analysis and JOINs)
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience gathering and refining requirements
• Ability to create User Stories and split business needs into technical tasks
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and leading workshops
