Description

You will gather and analyze stakeholder needs through interviews, workshops, and user observation, model and optimize business processes, and document business requirements. You will translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements for the IT team, collaborate with IT and product teams, and support implementation from needs assessment through go-live and impact evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder discovery (interviews, workshops) and observe users

• Model and optimize business processes

• Prepare, organize, and prioritize business requirements

• Convert business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements for IT

• Collaborate with IT, product, and project leadership teams

• Participate in testing and validate solutions against business requirements

• Support implementation from needs analysis through launch and impact assessment

• Provide recommendations based on data analysis and business processes

• Report progress and outcomes to the project team lead

Requirements

• Understanding of business processes and ability to identify stakeholder needs

• Analytical and systemic thinking

• Ability to conduct discussions, negotiate, and communicate assertively

• Precision in requirement formulation and documentation

• Independence and good work organization

• Ability to work with business and technical teams

• Ability to analyze problems and translate them into practical solutions

• Preferred: SQL knowledge, ERP experience, industry experience, English language knowledge
