Description

You will join a strategic RegTech project implementing a new regulatory reporting solution based on AxiomSL. The role emphasizes manual testing, ETL validation, and ensuring accurate, reliable regulatory reporting across complex data environments. You will create and maintain SIT and end-to-end test cases, manage defects, and support UAT.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and maintain SIT and end-to-end test cases based on business requirements

• Identify gaps in requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to refine test scenarios

• Prepare and assign appropriate test data for test execution

• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate end-to-end business processes

• Perform manual regression testing

• Manage test execution activities and document test results

• Ensure test traceability and prepare comprehensive test reports

• Collaborate closely with business users during test execution and validation

• Handle defect management (reporting, tracking, retesting, closure)

• Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Work closely with internal teams and AxiomSL stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of testing activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of software testing experience

• At least 3+ years hands-on experience in ETL testing

• ISTQB certification (mandatory)

• Proven experience working within Data Warehouse and/or Big Data environments

• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and data validation

• Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases based on business requirements

• Experience with defect management and UAT support
