Description

Bridge business and technology to shape reliable reporting solutions using SQL and data analysis. Work closely with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers to design reporting solutions and produce clear requirement specifications. You will act as a vital link between business stakeholders and the IT development team.

Responsibilities

• Design new reporting solutions and provide clear requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders alongside the Product Owner to ensure sustainable and reliable solutions aligned with the organization’s target picture.

• Translate business needs into technology by facilitating mutual understanding of requirements and their impact.

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience in IT and/or business solution analysis

• Strong technical or business background paired with analytical and requirement elicitation skills

• Experience with SQL and ability to scrutinize data to understand its content and behavior

• Solid understanding of data flow integration

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)

• Structured, analytical mindset for complex projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent written and spoken English
