Description

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will shape the functional architecture of products by defining precise analytical descriptions, business assumptions, and acceptance criteria. You will work closely with the Head of Development and Product Manager to own analytical standards and support planning, refinement, and release activities. The role emphasizes concise, accurate documentation and thorough coverage of scenarios and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Write scenarios and edge cases (including large sets of cases for one problem).

• Perform in-depth system analysis and create consistent technical specifications: user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collect, clarify, and validate requirements with internal stakeholders, including resolving conflicting requirements.

• Define, implement, and optimize standards for analytical documentation and analysis processes.

• Collaborate with Backend/Frontend/QA/UX/PM; participate in backlog planning, refinement, and task ordering.

• Support functional reviews, UAT, and contribute to release notes.

• Maintain concise, up-to-date text documentation and a knowledge base.

Requirements

• Systematic thinking with the ability to see dependencies between requirements, modules, and teams.

• Proven ability to design complex IT systems and analyze functional dependencies before development.

• Multi-year experience in system analysis and in implementing analysis best practices.

• Strong capability to clarify details, ask questions, break down edge cases, and test “what-if” situations.

• High independence and decisiveness.

• Ability to resolve functional doubts with teams, map processes, and identify blockers.

• Ability to translate complex topics into understandable descriptions for Backend/Frontend/QA/UX/PM.

• Fluent Polish (communication and writing); English reading level for documentation.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Plus: experience with IT infrastructure projects (Windows/AD, networking, protocols, monitoring, cybersecurity).
