Description

Own the end-to-end data engineering solutions for process mining, ensuring the design, governance, and continuous improvement of a scalable process mining data architecture. You will define engineering standards, lead technical solution designs, and drive improvements across data pipelines and quality controls to enable advanced process mining. You will also mentor engineers through expert guidance and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architecture for process mining solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with project goals.
• Define data engineering standards, best practices, and technical patterns for pipelines, integration, and modeling.
• Lead technical solution design for process mining implementations (architecture choices, data flows, dependencies).
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, data quality controls, and technical documentation.
• Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making via reviews and guidance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced expertise in process mining data architecture and technical solution design
• Proficiency in Celonis EMS, Data Integration, Data Modeling, ETL, OCPM/MCP, SQL, and Python
• Experience defining engineering standards and best practices
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Project Management, Finance & Banking, or Business
• Celonis Data Engineer or Data Analyst certification is an asset
