Description

You will work closely with stakeholders to assess, validate, and improve business processes using process mining, analytics, and automation. The role includes end-to-end implementation with process mining tools—covering system connections, data transformation, data modeling, and development of process analyses and optimization recommendations. You will also develop process mining strategies and coach stakeholders on tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve business processes through process mining, analytics, and automation

• Implement end-to-end process mining solutions using tools such as Celonis, UiPath, ABBYY Timeline, and others (system connection, data transformation, and data modeling)

• Develop process analyses and recommendations to optimize processes

• Identify improvement opportunities and define strategies to realize value

• Facilitate training and coaching for stakeholders on process mining tools

• Create implementation roadmaps and develop process mining strategies

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or a related field

• Experience in data visualization with process mining and/or business intelligence tools, with a strong end-user focus

• Experience extracting data from sources such as SAP, Oracle, and MS SQL

• Experience in data transformation and performance-optimized modeling

• Strong knowledge of SQL and/or a similar language

• Ability to understand business demands and apply domain knowledge to set priorities

• Experience working with diverse stakeholder and business-user groups and refining/challenging requirements

• Ability to work independently and combine technical expertise with communication skills

• Several years of IT experience in cross-functional and international teams (business and data analytics, data-driven consulting, or similar)

• English fluency for communicating with stakeholders across departments

• Strong presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
