Description

In this role, you develop Process Mining and Process Intelligence solutions together with stakeholders. You design, optimize, and enhance Process Intelligence architectures, data models, and dashboards in Celonis to turn complex data into actionable insights. You also support global rollouts and help define standards, governance, and best practices for sustainable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Process Mining/Process Intelligence solutions in Celonis

• Translate business requirements into Process Intelligence architectures, data models, and dashboards

• Support the group-wide Process Intelligence migration program and global rollouts

• Define standards, governance principles, and best practices

• Train key users, document processes, and promote process intelligence literacy

• Identify trends and implement innovative approaches to drive the transformation

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field

• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Mining, Process Intelligence, or a related area

• Proven delivery track record of data-driven solutions with Celonis

• Strong knowledge of Celonis and SQL; solid understanding of business processes, data analytics, process mining, and process intelligence

• Experience with Python, R, Matlab, or similar is an advantage

• Experience with SAP environments, Digital Twin concepts, Big Data technologies, data engineering, or large-scale transformation programs is a plus

• Fluent English; German is an advantage
