Description

Design, implement, and govern the end-to-end architecture and security concept of the Process Intelligence landscape. Define secure, scalable and compliant solutions in Celonis, including data integration, access management, and technical standards, aligned to the platform vision, roadmap, and enterprise architecture guidelines. Act as the central link between IT security, infrastructure, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable process mining solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall Process Intelligence solution architecture, including interfaces to source systems and downstream consumers
• Create integrated solution architectures across in-house applications and third-party software components
• Develop architectures balancing functional requirements, service quality, and systems management while reusing existing patterns and standards
• Translate business demands into solution architectures and consult stakeholders during requirements development
• Analyze and design domain and application architectures in line with enterprise architecture guidelines
• Set up architecture governance, standards, guidelines, and best practices and ensure compliance with security requirements
• Define security concepts and platform policies together with IT Risk stakeholders
• Enable and guide integrated solution design and development across projects and initiatives
• Contribute to technical implementations in Celonis, including data transformation and dashboard application development
• Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, data engineering, business stakeholders, and architecture teams for end-to-end delivery

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect or Software Architect
• Expertise in cloud technologies, web development, mainframe, client-server/.NET, and integration architecture
• Experience working in complex global environments with compliance, security, and audit requirements
• Strong knowledge of Python, Java or C++ and database technologies including SQL
• Experience with process mining solutions such as Celonis, or dashboard and analytics development with BI tools
• Proactive and self-driven problem-solving mindset
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-influencing skills across cross-functional and virtual teams
• Strong communication and consulting skills aligned with business needs
