Description

Join as a Junior Data Scientist and act as a “full-stack” analytics contributor, owning the end-to-end data journey—from gathering requirements and designing ELT workflows to delivering visualizations and dashboards. You’ll shape game product decisions by sharing insights, recommending process improvements, and supporting analytics practices. Responsibilities include building and maintaining game data pipelines with data engineers, setting KPIs and running A/B tests, and using Python for exploratory and statistical analysis (e.g., matchmaking and player segmentation).

Requirements

• Quantitative academic background (data science, mathematics, computer science, economic analytics, econometrics, or related)

• Solid foundation in statistics

• Hands-on experience through university projects, internships, or first commercial experience

• SQL knowledge (including comfort working with databases)

• Working knowledge of Python, including analytical libraries

• Basic statistical knowledge

• Ability and comfort analyzing large datasets

• Full-time availability

• Data-driven critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

• Proactive, results-driven mindset

• Passion for games

• Fluent in English and Polish
