Description

Lead end-to-end analytics and AI initiatives, from data acquisition and model development through deployment and operationalization. Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis on large datasets and communicate insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, advise on analytics strategy and data best practices, and apply responsible AI when leveraging emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics and AI use cases end-to-end
• Conduct deep data analyses (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive) on large datasets
• Build, train, and validate machine learning models (predictive, classification, clustering) and AI solutions
• Visualize and present analytical results for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients on business challenges and data landscape; advise on analytics strategy and data management
• Coordinate project tasks, deliver high-quality results, and mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (or Bachelor’s with strong relevant experience)
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics/data science
• Strong SQL proficiency for data querying, plus experience extracting and preparing structured and unstructured data
• Proficiency in Python (and/or R) with hands-on data science libraries/frameworks
• Experience with machine learning model development, validation, and the end-to-end model lifecycle
• Solid statistics and mathematics foundation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with business stakeholders
• Client-facing/consulting or fast-paced project-driven experience
• EU citizenship or Czech Permanent Residency; currently living in the Czech Republic
• Fluency in English
