Description

Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Support change initiatives, contribute to solution design via business and data modelling, and help deliver downstream/reporting solutions working with large and complex datasets. Collaborate across business, IT, and external partners to improve application robustness, scalability, and quality in production.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and define functional and non-functional requirements
• Drive requirements activities in multi-stakeholder change initiatives
• Apply business and data modelling to support solution design and software development
• Support downstream and reporting solutions with large, complex datasets
• Facilitate collaboration across business, IT, and external partners
• Provide technical and business insight for software development, decision proposals, and studies
• Strengthen application robustness, scalability, and quality in production
• Ensure delivery according to agreed scope, standards, quality, and timelines
• Collaborate with implementation teams using SAFe Agile practices
• Provide guidance, facilitation, coaching, and review
• Contribute to simplifying and modernising the application portfolio

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills (functional and non-functional)
• Professional business and data modelling skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets
• Good business and banking domain knowledge
• Understanding of complex system architecture and communication methods
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong conceptual thinking across technical and business aspects
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-organize, plan independently, and adapt to change
