Description

Own and improve company-wide periodic reporting to ensure a single source of truth for executive decision-making. Use large datasets to deliver transformative, business-impacting insights and lead data initiatives with cross-functional teams. Maintain and optimize ETL/ELT processes, and support the DE team with day-to-day updates in code repositories and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop periodic reports for executive decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to drive organizational goals and deliver tangible results
• Lead data initiatives and projects with cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee ETL/ELT processes to optimize cost and efficiency
• Support the DE team with day-to-day repository and pipeline updates

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience with large datasets in data engineering/technical analysis or related roles
• Expert in SQL
• Proficient in Python for large datasets
• Experience with Apache Airflow and Google Cloud Platform (including BigQuery)
• Applies engineering best practices (clean code, code review, CI/CD) with high autonomy
• Strong partnership skills across finance, business, analytics, and data science
• Proactive problem-solver
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
