Description

Help with collecting, preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data from various business systems to support business decision-making. Work closely with experienced colleagues on reporting, data quality checks, documentation, and simple testing or data change activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve data quality by checking accuracy, completeness, and consistency

• Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement

• Collect, clean, validate, and prepare data from enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, reporting tools)

• Support data quality initiatives by identifying causes, suggesting basic corrective actions, and following through on improvements with business and IT teams

• Assist with regular reporting and help prepare dashboards, summaries, and business data outputs

• Document reports, data sources, definitions, and basic data preparation steps

• Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI for analytical and reporting tasks

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand reporting requirements and resolve common data issues

• Participate in testing of reports, data changes, and simple data migrations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing study in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience

• Basic experience with data analysis, reporting, enterprise systems, or process improvement from studies, internships, or projects

• Strong Excel skills (functions, filters, lookup functions, pivot tables)

• Basic understanding of databases and data concepts (tables, fields, queries, relationships)

• Interest in learning SQL and Power BI (and other data analysis/reporting tools)

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to investigate data problems

• Clear communication with both IT and business stakeholders

• Knowledge of Czech and English
