Quick Facts

  • Role: Data Scientist (Python & Cloud Data Platforms)

Description

You will turn ambiguous business questions into analytical solutions by defining hypotheses, wrangling and preparing data, and building and validating machine learning models. You’ll work across modern enterprise data platforms—running notebooks and lakehouse workloads (Microsoft Fabric), building pipelines and operational workflows (Palantir Foundry), and deploying analytics on Azure/AWS/GCP. In addition to modeling, you’ll communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and help drive models into production and ongoing retraining.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business problems into analytical solutions (metrics, modeling approach)

  • Explore, clean, and prepare structured and semi-structured data using Python

  • Build, validate, and tune models for classification, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and recommendation

  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests, hypothesis testing, causal analysis)

  • Work hands-on with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Palantir Foundry

  • Communicate findings via visualizations, dashboards, and narratives

  • Collaborate with data engineers and ML/AI engineers on productionization

  • Monitor deployed models for drift and degradation and own retraining cycles

Requirements

  • At least 4 years in data science or applied analytics with work beyond prototypes

  • Strong Python across pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn

  • Solid statistical foundations (hypothesis testing, regression, experimental design)

  • Knowledge of at least one cloud/data platform (e.g., Azure/Microsoft Fabric, AWS/SageMaker, GCP/Vertex AI, Snowflake, Databricks, or Palantir)

  • Ability to communicate analytical results and influence decisions with data

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with engineers and product teams

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Fluent Polish required

  • Residing in Poland required

Benefits

  • AI Grant: dedicated budget and resources, plus two paid weeks to focus on an AI project

  • AI Center of Excellence: work alongside specialists in agentic AI, sovereign AI, generative and discriminative AI

  • Your tools, your choice: full access to AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

  • Real project variety: generative AI, agentic systems, enterprise AI platforms, computer vision, and autonomous driving

  • Conference and speaking support: dedicated preparation time and bonuses
