Description

You will support solutions for VAT electronic handling and invoice compliance by gathering, analyzing, and documenting tax and e-invoicing requirements. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define processes, translate needs into functional specifications, and ensure the solution aligns with regulatory and operational standards. You will also support testing, validation, and implementation of e-invoicing features.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to tax and e-invoicing processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand VAT electronic handling requirements

• Analyze and support invoice-related workflows and compliance needs

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design and delivery

• Ensure alignment of business processes with regulatory and invoicing standards

• Support testing, validation, and implementation of e-invoicing features

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise or finance-related projects

• Strong understanding of tax processes

• Experience with e-invoicing solutions

• Knowledge of VAT electronic handling

• Familiarity with UBL (Universal Business Language)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
