Description

Support a banking initiative developing systems for customer accounts and deposits. You will analyze requirements, model data and business processes, and help develop reporting and large-data processing solutions. Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile/SAFe delivery setup.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Support data and business process modeling
• Analyze large datasets using SQL
• Collaborate with teams responsible for reporting and data flows between systems
• Analyze dependencies between applications and how systems communicate
• Prepare analytical documentation and requirements specifications
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders
• Participate in Agile/SAFe projects

Requirements

• Experience or practical knowledge in IT business-system analysis
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• SQL knowledge and data analytics concepts
• Basic knowledge of data and business process modeling
• Understanding of IT system architecture and data flows between applications
• Knowledge of banking processes and basics of the financial sector
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams
• Independence, communication skills, and an analytical approach to problem-solving
