Description

You will design and develop data processing and integration workflows and co-create solutions for a data warehouse. Day-to-day work includes modeling data and using SQL and Python to convert business needs into technical implementations. You will collaborate with your team, other company teams, and clients while proactively troubleshooting and improving solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for data integration and processing
• Model data structures while developing and maintaining the data warehouse
• Process data and manage process scheduling
• Maintain code repositories and create technical documentation and data catalogs
• Run code reviews and help define/apply standards for data monitoring, data observability, and data quality
• Independently diagnose and resolve issues following established procedures
• Work closely with other teams and provide subject-matter support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in designing, building, and independently optimizing data processing workflows
• Practical SQL knowledge (any dialect)
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Good understanding of data modeling practices
• Very good knowledge of ETL, ELT, and ETLT and data-pipeline automation
• Experience with Git version control
• Ability to recognize business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Proactive problem identification, troubleshooting, and solution improvement mindset
• Strong awareness of confidentiality and information security standards
• Communication skills and good organization
