Description

Design and develop data processing and integration workflows for a data warehouse. Use SQL and Python to model data, evolve existing solutions, and turn business requirements into technical implementations. Collaborate with internal teams and customers, diagnose issues, and continuously improve data integration reliability with data monitoring, observability, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions for data integration and processing

• Model and maintain data structures within the data warehouse

• Process data and manage job/process schedules

• Maintain code repositories; create technical documentation and data catalogs

• Perform code reviews and help define and apply standards for data monitoring, data observability, and data quality

• Independently diagnose and resolve issues following established procedures

• Work closely with other teams and provide subject-matter support

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience designing, building, and independently optimizing data processing workflows

• Practical SQL knowledge (any dialect)

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts

• Good knowledge of data modeling principles and practices

• Very good knowledge of ETL, ELT, ETLT, and automation of data flows

• Experience using Git for version control

• Ability to recognize business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems and improving existing solutions

• Strong attention to confidential data and information security standards

• Communication skills and good work organization
