Description

You will help build the AI Control Tower application as a full-stack engineer, delivering features from design through test automation and high-quality release. The role emphasizes writing clean, scalable, reusable code, collaborating with developers and product owners, and designing software that customers can extend and customize. Applying AI to developer needs and workflows is a key part of success in the position.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, clean, scalable, reusable software by following best practices (architecture, code reviews, unit testing)
• Partner with developers and product owners to translate requirements into delivered code
• Own your work end-to-end: design, implementation, test automation, and delivery
• Design simple-to-use software that supports customer extension and customization
• Help design and implement new products/features and improve the existing product suite

Requirements

• 2–5 years proficiency in Java and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Comfortable working across a JVM/Maven backend (including ServiceNow Glide platform conventions) and a Node/TypeScript SSR stack
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web services
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts; experience with LLMs or AI APIs is a plus
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Exposure to multiple technology stacks (cloud dev, platforms, web dev, frameworks, service-oriented architecture)
