Description

The project focuses on building AI-powered software development platforms that automate and streamline large parts of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). You will develop full-stack applications and contribute to AI capabilities, team enablement, and knowledge sharing, working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications, covering both backend and frontend components.

• Use AI-powered development tools to automate and optimize software engineering processes.

• Build and enhance capabilities, knowledge, and skills for AI agents.

• Apply AI tools safely and efficiently, with attention to token usage and cost optimization.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams across different business areas.

• Support adoption of AI-driven development practices across the organization.

• Train and mentor other developers and teams.

• Share technical knowledge and contribute to the development of engineering teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in software development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Practical experience with AWS.

• Frontend development experience with React or Angular.

• Strong understanding of microservices and web service architecture.

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in an enterprise environment (e.g., Claude Code or OpenAI tools).

• Experience with GitLab and DevSecOps practices.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting solutions to business stakeholders and training other teams.

• Willingness to travel to the UK for business trips (about 40% of working time spent on-site at the UK office each month).
