You will build and evolve software solutions using JavaScript and Python, while automating process workflows and supporting AI-oriented data preparation and training. The role requires translating business needs into technical solutions and analyzing technical problems to deliver outcomes. You will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders and clearly explain technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve software solutions using JavaScript and Python

• Automate processes including database data updates, configuration changes, and workflow/process logic

• Acquire and prepare data for AI solutions and participate in training them

• Analyze technical problems and implement solutions aligned with business needs

• Work with technical teams and business representatives, explaining technical concepts clearly

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting)

• Practical programming ability in JavaScript (key competency)

• Knowledge of Python and experience building software

• Technical understanding of process automation (database updates, configuration changes, workflow logic)

• Ability to source and prepare data for AI solutions and familiarity with AI training concepts

• Problem-solving ability and communication skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical people

• Very good English proficiency in speaking and writing

• Higher education in Computer Science/IT or related field, or equivalent qualifications
