Description

Join a Red Team focused on the boundary where hardware meets software. You will hunt for vulnerabilities in CPU/GPU microarchitecture, memory management, execution pipelines, and the low-level code that runs on them.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted adversarial campaigns against the hardware/software interface of modern SoCs

• Conduct deep-dive vulnerability research into microarchitectural behaviors, side-channels, and hardware-assisted security features

• Develop proof-of-concept exploit chains that bridge hardware vulnerabilities into kernel space

• Analyze GPU driver interfaces, command processors, and execution units for modern compute workloads

• Evaluate and attempt to bypass mitigations such as Pointer Authentication, Memory Tagging, and virtualization boundaries

• Partner with hardware engineering and software kernel teams to translate findings into architectural-level mitigations

Requirements

• BS in Computer Engineering or related engineering degree

• Experience with modern CPU architectures (pipeline stages, caching mechanisms, MMU, speculative execution)

• Experience with low-level software in C, C++, or Assembly

• Experience discovering vulnerabilities or developing exploits at the OS/Hypervisor level, or in hardware-software interfaces (e.g., CVEs, bug bounties, conference talks, whitepapers)
