Description

Build and improve the core systems that help security analysts stop breaches by enabling large-scale detection and response. Work on reliable, performant microservices and data pipelines that scale, enhance service monitoring, and reduce operational load through automation. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations and collaborate with security analysts and stakeholders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features and product enhancements
• Collaborate with Falcon Complete stakeholders to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges
• Build reliable, high-performance solutions to support scalability
• Improve service monitoring and proactively address issues
• Write automation to reduce operational load
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations

Requirements

• Professional experience with at least one of: Golang, Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java (willingness to use Golang)
• Comfort working within existing software applications and architectures
• Practical experience building web services and data pipelines at scale
• Practical experience building microservices-based services
• Operational knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and graph databases
• Operational knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or Kinesis
• Linux programming fundamentals
• Experience with distributed and scalable systems
• Experience with cloud-native technologies
• Experience with cloud observability tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8S)
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a highly asynchronous environment
• Ability to translate high-level feature requests into concrete engineering requirements
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
