Description

Lead the look development process within Software Engineering, owning how aesthetic requirements translate from briefs and creative discussions into shipped software features. You will organize and facilitate structured creative reviews, direct creative experts using proprietary internal tools, and ensure decisions are captured and carried through to engineering milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own the process from scoping and initial briefings through prioritization, feedback loops, reviews, and milestone alignment
• Build and run the review structure that brings creative decision-makers, design leads, and engineering partners together
• Source, onboard, and direct a rotating roster of creative talent (e.g., colorists, retouchers, photographic artists)
• Integrate effectively with artists, designers, algorithm engineers, and scientists inside an efficient iterative development workflow
• Surface trade-offs, ensure decisions are made, recorded, and acted on

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on understanding of creative look development
• Proven experience directing top creative talent through contracting cycles
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex multidisciplinary creative efforts end-to-end
• Strong ability to bridge creative development and software development needs
• Experience designing and running reviews with senior creative and technical stakeholders
• Clear visual communication to describe images precisely
