Software Engineer

Mid • On-site

Kraków, Poland

Quick Facts

  • Role: Software Engineer

  • Focus: Applied AI/LLM-enabled engineering delivered alongside client teams

Description

You will work directly with client engineering and product teams to architect and deliver production-grade backend/cloud systems into production, owning technical decisions across architecture, data, security, performance, and failure modes. The role uses LLM coding agents as the core delivery engine, including critical review of generated implementations plus tests, evals, and runtime checks to prevent edge cases and silent failures. You will also ship LLM-powered features and document foundational design choices for both human and synthetic contributors.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client teams on business requirements, architect solutions, and own delivery through to production

  • Drive complex system development using coding agents; decompose architectural specs into agent-executable tasks and run work in parallel with strict quality control

  • Review agent-generated implementations critically; design tests, evals, and runtime checks to catch edge cases and silent failures

  • Make foundational design calls on data models, integration boundaries, security parameters, and trade-offs; document for both human and synthetic contributors

  • Share proven workflows, evaluation methods, and agent orchestration patterns; contribute to open-source frameworks

Requirements

  • Proven background as a Software Engineer; built, architected, and owned complex backend/cloud systems end-to-end

  • Production experience with LLM coding agents

  • Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features into production software

  • Comfort taking full ownership from problem discovery to post-launch stability as requirements, tools, and domains change

  • Strong client-facing communication; challenge assumptions and explain architectural trade-offs clearly

  • Strong Python skills (or deep experience in Ruby, Java, TypeScript, or Rust with readiness to pivot to Python)

  • Fluent English (C1+)

  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (highly valued)

Benefits

  • Real autonomy to drive solutions and experiment with novel agentic workflows

  • Small, accountable teams (3–9) with visible impact and ownership of technical decisions

  • Uncapped tooling (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) to increase velocity and quality
