Description

Build and scale technical solutions that improve maternal health outcomes by delivering scalable features across mobile web platforms and creating AI-native workflows for care-team automation. You will ensure production stability and performance with monitoring and HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI, while partnering with product, clinical, and operations stakeholders to turn complex healthcare workflows into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features across mobile web platforms using React and Python

• Develop AI-native workflows to automate internal administrative tasks such as AI-assisted documentation and member summaries

• Own production reliability, stability, and performance using monitoring tools like Datadog and ensure HIPAA compliance for PHI

• Set high standards for code quality, testing methodologies, and deployment automation in a small agile team

• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Clinical Ops teams to translate healthcare workflows into high-leverage technical solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience (ideally early-stage startup)

• Expert-level skills in Python, SQL, TypeScript/JavaScript, and CSS

• Deep experience with React, MaterialUI, and Tailwind CSS

• Experience in regulated environments and strong understanding of HIPAA and PHI security requirements

• Ability to work through technical ambiguity and ship practical solutions to workflow bottlenecks

• Problem-solving mindset focused on iteration and business impact

• AWS and Infrastructure as Code experience (AWS CDK, Terraform) is strongly preferred
