Description

You will design and operate cloud-native AI/data platforms on AWS, build ML training/deployment/serving pipelines, and develop backend services and data products. You will own the full engineering lifecycle—from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and operations—while ensuring observability, security, and compliance. You will work closely with data scientists in agile squads to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate cloud-native AI/data platforms on AWS (S3, ECS, Lambda, SageMaker)
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK) and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop scalable systems for ML training, deployment, and serving
• Implement backend services and data products using Python and Java
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop AI solutions
• Own the full lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operations
• Ensure observability, security, and compliance (monitoring, GDPR, IAM, OAuth2/JWT)
• Drive engineering best practices and mentor team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cloud/platform engineering (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern CI/CD
• Experience building scalable services with AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker) or other clouds
• Good understanding of MLOps and the AI system lifecycle
• Knowledge of cloud security and data protection (GDPR)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Good English and Polish communication skills
