Description

You will gather, document, and manage requirements for selected software projects, model new system functions (e.g., User Stories, BPMN, UML), and steer the optimization and further development of internal specialist and standard applications. You will analyze and optimize business processes with specialist departments, support testing and acceptance, and create documentation, guidelines, and training concepts. You will also prepare and run workshops and end-user trainings and support application administration in projects and virtual IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and manage requirements for selected software projects

• Model new system functions (User Stories, BPMN, UML)

• Plan and oversee optimization and further development of internal specialist and standard applications

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes with specialist departments

• Test and perform acceptance for application components; create documentation and policy/rule materials

• Prepare and conduct workshops and end-user training

• Participate in projects and virtual IT teams; support administrators for application care
