Description

Assist the Chief of Career Development in administering military HR and career development support functions. The job involves processing orders, administering reserve order actions, ensuring personnel data accuracy, supporting special career development programs, and providing training and advisory support. You will also conduct quality reviews to ensure data reliability in systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for the Section Chief in support of Career Development programs

• Administer actions in Automated Reserve Orders Writing System (Reserves)

• Support various special Career Development Programs

• Ensure accuracy of Personnel Data System (PDS) and perform functional review of data reliability

• Assist in advising commanders and staff on Career Development programs

• Provide training to ARTs, AGRs, traditional reservists, civilian employees, and others

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship

• Complete initial online questionnaire and additional assessment(s)

• Male applicants must be registered for Selective Service

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

• Meet OPM specialized experience/education requirements for clerical and administrative support (0203 series)

• If qualifying via education, submit transcripts
