Description

Serve as the senior technical anchor for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) SFRA storefront development, partnering with architects, product owners, and merchandising teams to deliver well-built features. Lead technical patterns and code reviews, translate architecture decisions into implementable plans, mentor developers, and own branching and release processes while improving CI/CD reliability and lead time. Write across the stack (SFRA controllers through React components), support modernization including test automation and AI-enabled development practices, and help with production issue triage and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource for day-to-day development across SFCC SFRA storefronts (set patterns; review approaches before code is written)

• Partner with the platform architect to translate architectural decisions into implementable plans

• Mentor developers through code review, pairing, and hands-on guidance

• Own git branching strategy and the release process; evolve CI/CD pipelines

• Monitor storefront performance and lead triage on production issues

• Translate business requirements into clear, testable acceptance criteria with the product owner

• Write code across the stack, from SFRA controllers to React front-end components

• Support modernization efforts, including test automation and AI-enabled development practices

• Document technical designs and development processes

• Assist merchandising and product data teams with Business Manager configuration

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) development, with deep SFRA experience

• Strong working knowledge of Business Manager and the broader B2C Commerce stack (site configuration, ISML, job scheduling, pipelines/controllers)

• Experience across the full application stack including React, TypeScript, and SFRA back end

• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and growing/mentoring development teams

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and product owners

• Proficiency with git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
