Description

Software Engineer to strengthen and evolve a mission-critical internal platform in a cloud-based environment. Build and refine full-stack solutions that support day-to-day business operations while improving reliability, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, and support end-to-end applications that enable essential operational workflows.
• Improve existing systems by increasing resilience, refining performance, and expanding technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and connected integrations within a cloud-first architecture.
• Contribute to deployment automation, continuous integration, release activities, and production support.
• Partner with business teams to translate operational needs into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Use AI-enabled development tools to streamline delivery and strengthen code quality.
• Help define application architecture, engineering best practices, and team standards.
• Support modernization of legacy components to increase stability and scalability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in full-stack development.
• Hands-on backend experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET (applications and APIs).
• Front-end proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React.js.
• Solid experience with relational database design and query optimization for data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-native services, distributed application patterns, and scalable system design.
• Ability to quickly understand established codebases and deliver enhancements with minimal ramp-up.
• Comfort collaborating directly with business users and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
