Description

Lead the technical architecture and delivery of customer-facing frontend solutions using modern web technologies. Oversee technical teams, coordinate with Project Managers, and drive solution delivery across frontend frameworks and backend/service architecture. Work closely with stakeholders through requirement analysis, Agile planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architecture and solution delivery leadership

• Lead and manage technical teams on customer-facing projects

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into delivered solutions

• Coordinate effectively with Project Managers to support delivery execution

• Apply Agile methods to plan, estimate, and track delivery

• Make technical decisions and manage stakeholder expectations

• Rapidly learn and adopt new technologies as needed

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development, technical architecture, or delivery leadership

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and customer-facing projects

• Strong technical expertise in Python or Node.js

• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Strong understanding of application architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and databases

• Proven experience in customer communication, requirement analysis, and solution delivery

• Ability to manage development teams and coordinate with Project Managers

• Experience with Agile methodologies, estimation, planning, and delivery tracking

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies
