Description

Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade front-end and full-stack solutions using React and Next.js, including micro-frontends architecture. Build with strong hands-on experience across JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, and state management patterns. Support AEM Headless integration and provide technical leadership with product and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and solution decisions for front-end/full-stack initiatives

• Architect and build scalable React/Next.js applications, including micro-frontends

• Implement integrations for AEM Headless

• Develop and maintain reusable components and client-side state management

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Enterprise/Solution Architects

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall software development experience

• Proven hands-on experience as a Frontend Lead / Full Stack Lead / Technical Lead

• Strong React.js and Next.js development and architecture

• Proven hands-on AEM Headless implementation/integration experience

• Strong Node.js and GraphQL experience

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience

• Experience with frontend architecture and micro-frontends

• Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)

• Experience designing reusable component patterns

• Strong client-facing communication skills

• Experience working with Product Owners and Enterprise/Solution Architects

• Ability to independently lead technical discussions and make solution decisions

• Experience with large-scale enterprise or customer-facing applications
