Description

Support day-to-day operations for a customer portal built on SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2. Investigate SAP-related issues, manage order status and IDoc processing, coordinate with development teams, and handle incident tickets. Work on integration dependencies across SAP backend systems, other applications, and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Investigate SAP operational issues: check order status, initiate/stop orders, trigger/troubleshoot IDocs

• Coordinate with development teams on SAP dependencies, troubleshooting, and testing

• Manage incident resolution using ServiceNow tickets

• Support integration between SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP backend systems, and other applications

• Support SAP BTP-related integration activities (BTP Integration Suite experience is a plus)

• Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, Basis, and application teams

• Participate in requirements discussions and translate business needs into technical activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP experience (preferred 8–12)

• Strong SAP functional and technical integration understanding (order processing and IDocs)

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) and backend SAP integrations

• Ability to independently investigate SAP issues and coordinate resolutions

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket-management tools

• Experience working with distributed development/application-support teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
