Description

You will help scale and evolve a global digital commerce platform in an SAP ecosystem. The role combines architectural governance with hands-on implementation, supporting new market launches and future-ready platform modernization. You will develop and optimize commerce and storefront solutions and lead integration efforts across SAP and customer data/marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to enhance and scale the digital commerce ecosystem

• Design, evolve, and govern platform architecture across multiple global markets

• Develop, optimize, and maintain solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud, SmartEdit, and composable storefront technologies

• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security of the commerce platform

• Support rollout of new markets via efficient deployment and localization capabilities

• Lead integration initiatives across SAP landscape: SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C

• Design and implement integrations for customer data management, marketing automation, and business intelligence

• Enhance existing functionality while maintaining compatibility with future requirements

• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges

• Support business-critical operations and ensure stability and availability of customer-facing solutions

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for future modernization and expansion

Requirements

• 10+ years delivering and scaling enterprise-grade digital commerce platforms in complex, multi-market environments

• Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and related commerce platform components

• Hands-on experience with SmartEdit and composable storefront architectures

• Solid understanding of SAP ecosystem products: SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, SAP C4C

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations and API-based architectures

• Demonstrated ability to define and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure application architectures

• Experience supporting global platform rollouts and international expansion

• Strong knowledge of customer data management, personalization, and marketing technology ecosystems

• Ability to balance strategic architectural thinking with hands-on technical execution

• Experience working in cross-functional, international, and agile delivery environments

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
