Description

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to enhance and scale a global digital commerce ecosystem in an SAP landscape. Own the design, evolution, and governance of platform architecture, develop solutions with SAP Commerce Cloud and SmartEdit, and implement composable storefront capabilities. Drive performance, scalability, reliability, security, and integrations across SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, and SAP C4C to support global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to enhance and scale the digital commerce ecosystem
• Design, evolve, and govern platform architecture across multiple global markets
• Develop, optimize, and maintain solutions based on SAP Commerce Cloud, SmartEdit, and composable storefront technologies
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security across the commerce platform
• Support rollout of new markets with efficient platform deployment and localization
• Lead and support integration initiatives across the SAP landscape (SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, SAP C4C)
• Design and implement integrations for customer data management, marketing automation, and BI
• Enhance existing functionality while ensuring compatibility with future requirements
• Identify and resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges
• Support business-critical operations and ensure stability and availability of customer-facing solutions
• Provide expertise and recommendations for platform modernization and expansion

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience scaling enterprise-grade digital commerce platforms in complex, multi-market environments
• Strong expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Hands-on experience with SmartEdit and composable storefront architectures
• Solid understanding of SAP ecosystem products: SAP SMC, SAP CDC, SAP CDP, SAP C4C
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations and API-based architectures
• Ability to define and maintain scalable, high-performance, and secure application architectures
• Experience supporting global platform rollouts and international market expansion
• Knowledge of customer data management, personalization, and marketing technology ecosystems
• Ability to combine strategic architecture with hands-on execution
• Experience in cross-functional, international, and agile delivery environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
